Planet Earth looks like it's been specifically designed as the perfect home for humans. There are too many "coincidences" in its structure that are extremely unlikely to have just happened by chance.
Some design features that point to an Intelligent Designer follow:
Earth's Place in the Solar System
is just right
Distance from the Sun
= 150 million km
If it was closer Earth would be:
Too warm to maintain a stable water cycle.
If it was further, Earth would be:
Too cold to have a water cycle.
An Asteroid Shield
Jupiter is just the right size, at just the right distance from Earth, just the right mass and in just the right location to shield Earth from being regularly bombarded with comets and asteroids (which would be deadly to life on Earth). Jupiter's gravitational field
acts as a cosmic vacuum cleaner.
